30 Jan 1st Annual Laugh Out Loud: A Night of Comic Relief Fundraiser
On Thursday May 18, 2017, Mondays at Racine Cancer Care Foundation hosted the 1st Annual Laugh Out Loud: A Night of Comic Relief Fundraiser.
The event, which took place at the YMCA Boulton Center for Performing Arts in Bay Shore, NY, brought friends, family and clients together for a night full of laughter and fun in support of the Mondays Mission.
“It truly was a magical night full of some much needed comic relief”, said Cynthia Sansone, Founder of Mondays at Racine. “Every now and then, we all need a break from the chaos in our lives, taking the time to sit back, relax and laugh with friends and loved ones”.
Presenting Sponsor Suffolk AME‘s President Daniel Levler and Suffolk County Legislator Tom Cilmi addressed guests, speaking about the important role that Mondays at Racine plays in the lives of those battling cancer on Long Island before introducing the main event … the hilarious, entertaining and all around very funny comedic stylings of Meghan Hanley, Mike Speirs and Rob Falcone.
“We are so fortunate to have sponsors like Suffolk AME and Jones, Little & Co.”, said Rachel DeMolfetto, Co-Founder of Mondays at Racine. “Because of their ongoing support, we’re able to continue to provide these vital services to those battling cancer…proving that we are truly all in this together!”
