Join us for the love of reading & bringing book pages to life.
If you love to read, get lost in the pages and can’t wait to sit down to finish that novel, then this club is for you! Join Christina Pesiri, Library Media Specialist at Island Trees High School in Levittown, Book Lover and Mondays Volunteer, for our 1st Virtual Book Club. Christina has chosen Montauk: A Novel by Nicola Harrison that follows NYC’s wealthy elite as they flock to Montauk in the summer of 1938 looking for love and adventure.
The first meeting will be held on Tuesday March 23rd at 7pm. This will be an introduction to Christina, how the club will work and a little about the first book pick. Book Club Discussion will take place on Thursday April 22nd at 7pm.
Books will be provided to all registrants. Spots are limited and registration closes on Friday March 19th, 2021. The Book Club is FREE for clients of Mondays at Racine. Prior to the first meeting, we will send an email with details on how to join zoom.
