Yoga for Cancer is a specialized yoga methodology that is tailored to address the specific physical and emotional needs left by cancer and its treatments.This unique approach is not only gentle, chair and restorative yoga but also focuses on the stimulation of the immune system through movement. This will improve flexibility and strength and assist in reducing anxiety.These classes have been proven to help clients to be relieved of pain and discomfort associated with cancer and alleviate some of the side effects of chemotherapy. This technique and approach also helps to relax the nervous system and support cardiovascular health and increase bone density lost through treatment. Yoga for Cancer will help cancer patients feel empowered throughout their healing journey.

Reiki and Meditation are introspective practices that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and anxiety to promote a positive mental state which trickles down to physical wellness. In doing these practices we enables the affected body to fight the real fight.

This is very important when having to do with the healthy body/mind vs helpful but toxic cancer treatment. Stress and anxiety cause inflammation in the body and freeing your body of that allows cancer treatment to work better, faster and more importantly helps to not have to skip cancer treatment from intolerance of too much treatment.
