May was Mediterranean Diet Month and throughout it at our Mondays programs, Wendy Kaplan, MS, RDN, CDN taste tested several olive oils & balsamic vinegars donated by the The Crushed Olive. She spoke about all things Olive Oil including its health benefits, what commonly used terms like expeller, cold-pressed and refined mean and how to choose a good one!
