Mondays at Racine Cancer Care Foundation:

Born in 2004 out of the Racine Salon in Islip, NY, Mondays at Racine’s primary mission is to reduce the physical, emotional and cosmetic side effects of chemotherapy and radiation by providing free in salon beauty and wellness services. The 501c3 nonprofit gained national attention in the 2013 Oscar nominated HBO Documentary Short Mondays at Racine. A licensing and educational program is available to qualifying salons and spas that wish to join in the fight to change the face of cancer.
