Wellness Workshop with Nutritionist Lauren Deipolyi

How to Get the Most from Your Greens.

Even if you’re not a fan of dark-green produce you can still reap tons of health benefits from a variety of green veggies, fruits, and other foods you should be eating — but probably aren’t.

Join Mondays’ Nutritionist Lauren Deipolyi as she discusses why ‘green’ foods like avocado, kale and basil are some of the healthiest for you.  She’ll also share a few delicious recipes and simple hacks to make sure you’re getting the most from your ‘greens’.

Classes will take place monthly on Wednesdays. Future dates and times will be available soon, so please check back often.  This workshop is FREE for Mondays at Racine clients.
